When you request a reading, you provide your name, date and time of birth, and city of birth. This data is processed in a temporary server-side session to generate your reading. We do not create accounts. If you choose to receive your reading by email, we use it to deliver your readings and to send you occasional updates about new features. You may unsubscribe at any time.
Your birth data exists only for the duration of your session. If you provide your email for reading delivery, it is stored securely and can be deleted upon request to hello@writteninstars.io.
We use essential cookies to maintain your session and remember your language preference. We also use a trusted analytics service to understand how visitors use the site — this helps us improve your experience. These analytics cookies are anonymous and do not identify you personally. We do not use advertising cookies or sell any data.
We use trusted third-party services to generate your readings, process payments, and understand site usage. Your birth data is shared only as needed to create your personalized content. Payment details are handled entirely by our payment processor - we never see or store your card information. We do not sell data. We have no advertising partners.
